2.2.12 Notification Request to the Server Application

The back-end client MUST send this message if the notification option was defined for the virtual directory to which the request entity is being uploaded and is either NOTIFICATION_BY_REFERENCE (section 3.2.1.1) or NOTIFICATION_BY_VALUE (section 3.2.1.1).
