3.3.5.11 Sending a RequestElection Frame

To force an election or participate in an election, the server MUST send a RequestElection Browser Frame as specified in section 2.2.3 by issuing a mailslot write as specified in [MS-MAIL] section 3.1.4.1 with the following parameters.

The server SHOULD ignore the error even if the send fails.
