3.20.3 Initialization

The Failover Cluster Setup and Validation IClusterLogEx3 Remote Protocol server<57> MUST be initialized by registering the RPC interface and listening on the RPC well-known endpoint, as specified in section 2.1. The server MUST then wait for Failover Cluster Setup and Validation IClusterLogEx3 Remote Protocol clients to establish connections.
