The PARTIAL_ATTR_VECTOR_V1_EXT structure defines a concrete type for a set of attributes to be replicated to a given partial replica.

dwVersion: The version of this structure; MUST be 1.

dwReserved1: Unused. MUST be 0 and ignored.

cAttrs: The number of attributes in the rgPartialAttr array.

rgPartialAttr: The attributes in the set.
