The TXUSER_EXPORT_MTAG_EXPORT_TOO_MANY message indicates that the export request failed because the number of direct participants for the transaction specified by the guidTX field in the TXUSER_EXPORT_MTAG_EXPORT (section 2.2.8.2.2.2.6) message exceeded the allowed number of remote transaction manager enlistments.
