2.2.1 Preferences Policy Message Syntax

This protocol uses the Server Message Block (SMB) transport, and through this transport, it copies the file that MUST be named "<gpo path>\Preferences\{preference-type specific}", where "<gpo path>" is a scoped Group Policy Object (GPO) path given to the protocol by the Group Policy: Core Protocol, as specified in [MS-GPOL] section 3.2.5.1.10, and "{preference-type specific}" is a path as defined in the following table.<1> The message is the file itself.
