Microsoft has been assigned the object identifier (OID) 1.3.6.1.4.1.311 by the Internet Assigned Numbers Authority (IANA), as the Microsoft private enterprise IANA code. (For more information, see [IANA-ENT].)

The Windows implementation of the Health Certificate Enrollment Protocol uses the extension 1.3.6.1.4.1.311.47.1.1 under this OID for identifying the health extension for certificates and certificate requests, as specified in section 2.2.1.4.
