The following records defined in [MS-NRBF] reference a Library:

  • BinaryArray

  • ClassWithMembersAndTypes

Each of the preceding records references a BinaryLibrary record by LibraryId field. Before serializing any of the preceding records, the referenced BinaryLibrary record MUST be written.
