The CloseConnectionHeader packet header indicates that the receiver is not supposed to cache the connection after processing message containing this header.

CloseConnectionHeaderToken (2 bytes): A HeaderToken enumeration that indicates the Header type. Its value MUST be 5.
DataType (1 byte): A HeaderDataFormat enumeration that indicates the type of the data. Its value MUST be 0 indicating that there is no Data for this record.
