The Print System Asynchronous Notification Protocol has the prerequisites common to RPC interfaces ([MS-RPCE] section 1.5). It is a precondition of invoking this protocol that a client obtains the name of a server that supports this protocol.
This specification assumes that a server that generates AsyncUI notifications and the clients that receive them both agree on resource files, resource keys within those files, and positional parameters within string resources that are referenced in those notifications.
