Packet Acknowledgment Timer: This timer is used to determine whether an acknowledgment for a GRE packet has to be sent if there are no outstanding GRE packets to be sent, when a packet is received by a PAC/PNS. The value of this timer is 100 milliseconds.

Control Connection Idle Timer: The timer used by the PAC/PNS to close a control connection when the connection is not in the established state within the time period specified by this timer.
