2.2.2.6 Force BSS List Scan Response Message

A sink device sends a force BSS list scan response message in reply to a Force BSS List Scan Message (section 2.2.2.5). The sink device SHOULD send the response even if it is not connected to a wireless network.

The Force BSS List Scan message has no message-specific header following the Common Message Header (section 2.2.1.2).
