3.1.2 Timers

The initiator role has one timer:

Per-Session Response timer: This one-shot timer, per Diagnostic Session entry, is used to ensure timely response to a Handshake Header (section 2.2.1.1), Connect Message (section 2.2.2.1), Collect Data Message (section 2.2.2.3), Force BSS List Scan Message (section 2.2.2.5), or Get BSS List Message (section 2.2.2.7). This process works because only one such request can be pended per session.
