2.2.7.1 MILCMD_TRANSPORT_SYNCFLUSH
The MILCMD_TRANSPORT_SYNCFLUSH packet requests a notification to be sent by the client when the current batch has been processed, composed, and presented. The client MUST respond with a MILMSG_SYNCFLUSHREPLY notification.
