The ASCII version of Get Status Change monitors the smart card readers specified in GetStatusChangeA_Call.rgReaderStates (for more information, see section 2.2.2.11) MUST correctly represent the state of the Readers as known by Smart Cards for Windows.

Return Values: The method sets GetStatusChange_Return.ReturnCode to SCARD_S_SUCCESS on success; otherwise, it sets one of the smart card-specific errors or one of the return codes from Winerror.h. No specialized error codes are associated with this method.
