2.2.5.3.2 On Playback Paused Message (ON_PLAYBACK_PAUSED)
The ON_PLAYBACK_PAUSED message is sent from the server to the client to pause a presentation.

Header (variable): The common message header (as specified in section 2.2.1). The InterfaceId field MUST be set to 0x00000000. The Mask field MUST be set to STREAM_ID_PROXY. The FunctionId field MUST be set to ON_PLAYBACK_PAUSED (0x0000010a).
PresentationId (16 bytes): A 16-byte GUID that identifies the presentation.
