3.2.3.1.9 CAS Context Handle List

CAS Context Handle List: The server maintains a list of active context handles (as specified in [C706] section 4.2.16.6) for each CAS. Whenever a call on an activity instantiates a context handle, the context handle is added to the list for the activity's CAS. This list is deleted when the CAS is deleted. The call's Activity UUID links a call with an Activity.
