The AllowNetworkAccess value specifies whether RRAS can route packets between interfaces or not. It MUST be defined under one of the following registry keys.
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\services\RemoteAccess\Parameters\Ip
or
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\services\RemoteAccess\Parameters\Ipv6
based on whether it is specifying the setting for IPv4 or IPv6. This MUST be of type REG_DWORD. This SHOULD be either 0 or 1. A value of 0 is used to specify that routing is not be allowed and a value of 1 is used to specify that routing is allowed.
