The IpMask value specifies a valid IPv4 address mask in dotted notation specifying the subnet mask or the prefix which along with IpAddress specifies the static address pool to be used to configure remote access clients and demand-dial peers, see [RFC950]. This registry value specifies the static address range if StaticAddressPool registry is not configured. It MUST be defined under the following registry key.

This MUST be of type REG_SZ.
