This media type is used in a GET_PARAMETER request and serves to identify the GET_PARAMETER request as a GetContentInfo (section 2.2.7.4) request. The message body of the GetContentInfo request is not significant because the sole purpose of the request is to retrieve the Cache-Control (section 2.2.6.2) header in the response.
