3.1.14.1 IVdsVolumePlex Interface

The IVdsVolumePlex interface is implemented by volume plex objects in order to support volume plex management.

The UUID for this interface is {4DAA0135-E1D1-40F1-AAA5-3CC1E53221C3}.

The IVdsVolumePlex methods are specified in section 3.4.5.2.39.

GetProperties

Retrieves the properties of the volume plex that are represented by the object exposing this interface and method.

Opnum: 3

GetVolume

Retrieves the volume that the volume plex belongs to.

Opnum: 4

QueryExtents

Returns all extents for the current plex.

Opnum: 5

Repair

Repairs a fault-tolerant volume plex by moving defective members to good disks.

Opnum: 6

All methods MUST NOT throw exceptions.
