The process of advertisement and establishment of the L2 connection are as specified in sections 3.1.3 and 3.1.5. 

WFDA2A creates a relationship between a client and the server based on the Connection data. The protocol for each device prepares and exchanges the Connection data during L2 establishment as defined in section 3.1.5. 

Initialization of the Handshake data is as defined in sections 3.1.3 and 3.1.5.
