2.2.1.3 Cookie

The syntax of the Cookie header MUST conform to the format as specified in [RFC2109].

This header is defined for use in requests sent to the server. The Cookie header MUST be specified with a push-id (section 2.2.1.3.1).

The syntax of the Cookie header is defined as follows.

 Cookie      = "Cookie: "
               push-id           ; section 2.2.1.3.1
               CRLF

Example: Cookie: push-id=0
