This message is used when CredSSP, as specified in [MS-CSSP], is used for setting up a security context between the client and server. The client and server can encrypt the message by using the Transport Layer Security (TLS) security context established as part of the CredSSP protocol.<41>

The format of the CredSSPEncryptedMessage is dependent on whether or not the message content being encrypted is greater than 16 kilobytes in length.
