The AI Business Solutions & Security Insights dashboard aggregates data from various sources within Microsoft. As a result, depending on the data, there are different refresh cycles.

The data in AI Business Solutions & Security Insights is updated during the following scheduled refresh cycles:

Note: Contacts are limited to what the Field enters FTOP. FTOP is different than Microsoft Sales Experience (MSX). Contacts in FTOP may be outdated.
Microsoft Commerce Incentives (MCI) eligibility MCI eligibility data for tenants and partners depending on meeting requirements and program changes Daily seven days The data is refreshed daily but represents eligibility events from seven days ago.
New CPOR claims or Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) associations How quickly a brand-new tenant from CPOR claims or CSP associations will be reflected in the Opportunities tabs Daily three days The data is refreshed daily but represents events from three days ago.
Copilot Opportunities usage data MAU and usage related data in the Copilot Opportunities tab, including free chat, agents usage, and copilot app usage data Daily three days The data is refreshed daily but represents events from three days ago.
Copilot Adoption-Ready and Expansion-Ready Propensity High/Medium/Low propensity data in the Copilot Opportunities tab, for Adoption-Ready and Expansion-Ready opportunities Daily three days The data is refreshed daily but represents events from three days ago.

Claiming of Partner Record (CPOR) workload usage related data for existing claims High Water Mark (HWM) related data in opportunity tabs and all usage data in Tenants tab Weekly nine days By Wednesday EOD, Pacific Time, the data should be refreshed for the week prior.
Opportunity tabs workload usage related data Monthly Active Users (MAU), Paid Available Units (PAU), Utilization, and tipping point related data in the E3, E5, and E5 expansion tabs Weekly nine days By Wednesday end of day (EOD), Pacific Time, the data should be refreshed for the week prior.
Opportunity tabs tenant classification Whether a tenant gets classified as an E3, E5, or E5 expansion opportunity Monthly five days By the fifth of the month EOD, Pacific Time, the data should be refreshed for month prior.
