You can view detailed insights for your Apps and Games in Partner Center. Statistics and charts let you know how your Products are doing; from how many customers you've reached to how they're using your Products and what they have to say about it. You can also find metrics on acquisition, health, usage, install and more.

You can view insights reports right in Partner Center or download the reports you need to analyze your data offline. We also provide several ways for you access data beyond the insight User Interface provided.

View insights for the following datasets

In this section you'll find details about the info presented in each of the following datasets:

You might not see data in all of these datasets, depending on your App's or Game's specific features and implementation.

Access insights data outside of Partner Center

In addition to viewing insights in Partner Center, you can access insights data in other ways.

Download Hub

Downloads hub is a unified report hub functionality available within the Partner Center User Interface, which addresses your reporting needs for all supported programs in Insights. All reports are organized in one place for you to customize and download in order to help you to make data-driven decisions for your business.

Programmatic APIs to access datasets of Download Hub

Use the API functionality to access the Download Hub datasets programmatically. Schedule custom reports and ingest key data sets into your internal analytics systems. You can effectively monitor acquisition, health, and install data for your products.

The programmatic APIs enable you to schedule custom reports of your analytics data asynchronously. This capability allows you to define reporting queries/templates based on your needs, set a schedule, and receive timely and trustworthy reports at scheduled intervals.

The key value of programmatic access is customized reporting and integration with internal BI systems and platforms.

Windows Dev Center content pack for Power BI

Use the Windows Dev Center content pack for Power BI to explore and monitor your Partner Center analytics data in Power BI. Power BI is a cloud-based business analytics service that gives you a single view of your business data.

Use the following resources to get started using Power BI to access your analytics data.

To connect to the Windows Dev Center content pack for Power BI, we recommend that you specify credentials from a Microsoft Entra directory that is associated with your Partner Center account. If you use your Microsoft account credentials, your analytics data in Power BI does not refresh automatically, and you must sign in to Power BI to refresh your data. If your organization already uses Microsoft 365 or other business services from Microsoft, you already have Microsoft Entra ID. Otherwise, you can get an Azure free account. For more information about setting up the association, see Associate Microsoft Entra ID with your Partner Center account.
