This article lists the criteria you must meet when you request a refund for a Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program benefit.

Criteria for a refund

When you request a refund for a Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program benefit (Action Pack, Solutions Partner, Legacy Gold/Silver benefits) that you've purchased, your request must meet the following criteria:

  • The purchase was made within the last 30 days.
  • No benefits were activated/used.
  • Product keys weren't viewed (even if they weren't activated).

Tax refunds, for tax exempt partners, are available for one year.
