Returns the state of the timer control.

Return Value
Type: Number
Description: Returns one of the following values:

| 1 | Not Set |
| 2 | In progress |
| 3 | Warning |
| 4 | Violated |
| 5 | Success |
| 6 | Expired |
| 7 | Canceled |
| 8 | Paused |
