Business value

Users will be able to provide multiline text in a direct way when using the Set variable action.

Feature details

Until now, the Set variable action supported single line inputs, limiting the user's flexibility.

With the current improvement, Power Automate Desktop users can directly provide input that consists of multiple lines, without workarounds. The user can press Enter to add a new line to a variable value and expand the content accordingly.
