Business value
Many automation scenarios require the extracted data to have a specific format, close to the structure of data in the initial document. The new feature provides the user with the capability to handle and use this data in the most efficient and easy way.
Feature details
A new parameter is added in the Extract text from PDF action in the PDF group of actions. The new parameter name is Optimize for structured data, and when enabled, the action detects the formatted layout in the document and extract text, accordingly, keeping the structure of the data.
