When makers first visit the Power Pages homepage, they will be given the opportunity to use a Power Platform developer environment with several Power Pages templates pre-installed to allow them to create a website for learning and development purposes quickly. Having a developer environment will remove the need to create a Microsoft Dataverse environment before trying Power Pages.
