Use the Dynamics 365 Customer Service admin center quick-start wizard to add a Power Virtual Agents bot into omnichannel.

You can then create messages in the Power Virtual Agents authoring canvas that use omnichannel-specific messaging capabilities, such as variables and custom actions. By integrating bot building and editing into the Dynamics 365 Customer Service workflow, you can easily keep your digital contact center administration all together.
