Business value
Makers can build copilots that have Microsoft 365 substrate data as knowledge for more relevant and accurate grounded responses.
Feature details
Makers will be able to add these knowledge sources to their copilots in a truly no-code manner. The supported knowledge sources within Microsoft 365 substrate are SharePoint and Microsoft Graph connectors.
Makers can start from the configure page of their copilots within Microsoft Copilot Studio. From there, they can start to add knowledge sources. All the supported knowledge sources will be shown on the next screen. From there, makers can choose the knowledge source they wish to add. For example, a SharePoint document library or an existing Microsoft Graph connection, such as ServiceNow knowledge base or Confluence.
