This feature provides an easy way for makers to connect Copilot in Dynamics 365 Customer Service to additional data sources, increasing the scope of their AI capabilities. Reduces time to discover important data and trends and streamlines work through the use of natural language queries.

Feature details

Using Microsoft Copilot Studio, makers can extend Copilot in Dynamics 365 Customer Service by creating connector plugins using out of the box or custom connectors. By following step by step prompts, users will be able to connect to a data source, specify the actions they would like copilots to execute, provide sample questions for users to get started with their queries, and more.
