With Microsoft Copilot Studio, you can extend Copilot in Dynamics 365 Customer Service by creating connector plugins that use built-in or custom connectors. By following the step-by-step prompts, you can connect to a data source, specify the actions you want the copilots to take, and provide sample questions to help users start their queries.
