This feature enables makers to enrich their custom copilots with knowledge sources.
To get enterprise value from AI, customers need to integrate enterprise knowledge with foundational models. This integration includes enterprise data, data in application silos, and the Microsoft 365 Graph. Custom copilots that have knowledge make it easy to ground LLM responses in enterprise data. They give users relevant business insights in a secure and compliant way.
Supported types are public websites, SharePoint and OneDrive, file uploads, Dataverse (including Dynamics 365 and Power Apps data), and other external data sources indexed in Microsoft Graph.
