This feature empowers makers to enrich their custom copilots with knowledge sources.
In the age of AI, to derive enterprise value, it is essential for customers to integrate enterprise knowledge with foundational models. This encompasses enterprise data, data within application silos, and the Microsoft 365 Graph. Custom copilots, equipped with knowledge, enable straightforward grounding of LLM responses in enterprise data, providing users with relevant business insights, securely and in a compliant manner.
The supported types include public websites, SharePoint/OneDrive, file uploads, Dataverse (encompassing Dynamics 365 and Power Apps data), and other external data sources indexed in Microsoft Graph.
