Business value
Generative actions fundamentally reimagine copilot building by focusing the makers to manage plugins and maintain artifacts. Businesses can save time as makers don't need to build copilots manually. Copilots can more easily answer unanticipated questions from the user as long as there are plugins that match.
Feature details
Generative actions allow you to replace the traditional natural language-based approach for topic triggering (using the trigger phrases you've defined in each topic). Instead, your copilot uses GPT to select one or more topics or plugin actions to respond to a user's query.
All topics and plug-in actions have an associated description, which is the primary piece of information used when selecting which item should be selected. When enabled, generative actions is responsible for orchestrating the conversations users have with your copilot, which can help provide users with a more natural and fluid conversation.
