Business value
With this feature, you can delete stub, app, and non-security group users to comply with privacy laws and regulations and to free up storage space. This feature also allows for historical records to be removed.
Feature details
Delete stub, app, and non-security group users. This includes:
- Users who are no longer in the environment's security group.
- Users who have lost their Power Platform licenses.
- Users who were migrated as stub users and have a status of Disabled.
- Application users who are no longer active in the system.
These users can be deleted from the environment to comply with record retention policy, regulatory requirements, and to save storage space.
