Analytics provides makers with visibility and insights to understand their customers' needs and satisfaction, so that you can optimize the performance of your copilots.
Feature details
You can use analytics in Copilot Studio to:
- Monitor the performance of your copilots.
- Understand the top themes of questions that your users asked.
- Get detailed insights on user satisfaction, including the breakdown of user behaviors that drive satisfaction status.
- Monitor results statuses, along with the top themes of queries without search results.
- Get visibility into how Microsoft moderates and blocks toxic queries to ensure the compliance of your copilots.
