Business value
When end users don't see the value of the copilot extension, conversational AI solutions fall short. Suggested prompts help users quickly see the value of the Copilot Studio.
Feature details
When you create a copilot extension, you can add suggested prompts that the copilot supports.
For Microsoft 365 Chat experiences, the suggested prompts appear in the center of the page. Each prompt includes a title and description. The prompts rotate and appear prominently at the start of each session.
For other channels, users see this functionality in a way that fits the experiences for that channel.
