Business value
A frequently cited problem with conversational AI solutions is that end users don't discover the value of the copilot extension. Suggested prompts will immediately improve discovery of the value proposition of the Copilot Studio.
Feature details
When a maker is authoring their copilot extension, they can add suggested prompts that the copilot will support.
In the case of the Microsoft 365 Chat experiences, these will be highlighted in the center of the page, with title and description, rotated and prominently displayed at the start of each session.
For other channels this functionality will be presented with appropriate experiences for that channel.
