Understanding the efficiency of your agents and their associated costs is crucial for creating cost-effective agents. Now, agent makers can understand how efficient their agent is and monitor its cost over time.
With this feature, admins can:
- Receive full billing consumption analysis the way that works for them and your business—by billed sessions or by message consumption.
- View consumption analysis over time to identify changes in consumption behavior.
- Understand the specific events that contribute to message consumption, so they can understand the efficiency of your business's agents and ways to optimize them.
