Introduction

Version 9.2 23042 for Microsoft Dataverse is now available in all regions. This article describes the updates, including the new features, and the fixes to existing functionality, which are included in this update. This version was first made available in preview on April 14 2023, and completed worldwide rollout on May 22 2023.

New features

No new features in this release.

Fixes and improvements

  • When modifying the duration value for an email in an activity entity, the new duration value was not reflected in the default view.
  • When sending an untracked email from the timeline in a contact entity, the email description section contained html code.
  • When opening the "Retained data and Apply" grid in an Advanced find search, the links within the grid were not in read-only mode.
  • On Android devices, the last sync time displayed as "NaN/NaN/NaN" when downloading offline data in the Field Service mobile app.
  • When selecting the "Visualize this View" option within a contact entity, the power bi data visualization did not load in the Customer Service Hub.
  • When opening the "Live Data and Apply" grid using an advanced find search, the grid was unresponsive when navigating to another page in the case entity.
