Version 26.05.24-27 updates

New Features

  • Knowledge sources can use Data Loss Prevention and policy information, including endpoint filtering metadata, to better categorize and apply knowledge source policies across tools and Dataverse knowledge.

Fixes and Improvements

  • Continued improvements to performance and reliability.
  • In the Topics editor, the Invoke action menu lists enabled flows before blocked or disabled flows, making available options easier to find.
  • When enhanced task completion (preview) is enabled, the generate-questions modal hides the mode selector, defaults to Knowledge mode with the sources table visible, and restores the “No sources found…” empty state message.
  • Sensitivity level for Question nodes that use an external entity now displays and persists correctly based on the external entity’s sensitivity setting.

Security

  • When environment-bound sharing policy is enabled, makers are prevented from sharing or publishing agents outside the environment boundary, and the sharing experience shows clear warnings and guidance to resolve the issue.
  • On the Channels page, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft 365, and SharePoint channel tiles are disabled when blocked by authorization settings or governance policy, and a popover shows the reason with improved accessibility; already configured channels remain clickable to manage or remove.
  • The Share dialog warns about sharing-policy violations and can disable sharing until the selections are corrected.
