Version 26.05.31-03 updates

New features

  • "Try the new experience" banner now appears on Agents and Workflows list pages, with session-wide dismissal across these pages.
  • Agent-viewer role can access the Evaluation hub in the management experience.
  • One-click conversational agent creation loads within the app shell, keeping header and left navigation visible and avoiding unexpected redirects.
  • Creating test account connections now uses a standard popup-based OAuth sign-in flow across all connectors, allowing account selection during consent.
  • In the Computer Use Agent testing experience, the Test button is disabled when no instructions are provided to prevent empty tests.

Fixes and improvements

  • Updated translations improve localized text throughout Microsoft Copilot Studio across multiple languages.
  • Accessibility and usability updates: the "Remove connection" action is keyboard-accessible; editing Microsoft 365 channel details keeps header and footer visible while scrolling; the View transcript button styling in Analytics is more consistent.
  • Analytics enhancements: clearer status when enhanced task completion prevents topic evaluation; custom metrics use an updated layout with improved 1–3 behavior; knowledge sources are ordered by total questions; charts correctly show x-axis labels for the last 360 days; quality reason label now shows "Not fully grounded."
  • Evaluation experience and management polish: "Configure classification" is now "Configure custom test method"; improved tab list and grid header styling; expanded overlay and grid spacing updates; Results and Configuration tabs auto-hide when no runs exist; renaming an evaluation correctly updates the name.
  • Authoring and setup reliability: input bindings for custom prompts are less likely to disappear; Start trial no longer crashes without email consent data and shows an expiry page for expired trials.
  • Breaking changes: Custom pronunciation authoring enforces stricter validation and blocks saving more than 500 lexicon items; lexicon-related options display more consistently with clearer in-product guidance.

Security

  • Data Loss Prevention for Direct Line is enabled by default.
