Version 26.06.21-24 updates

Add a dedicated read-only Evaluation Viewer role so users can run and view evaluations without full maker permissions.
Introduce a Top errors card in Workflow Analytics that lists frequent workflow errors and links directly to the run where each error occurred.
Provide a cost and consumption page in Agent Operations so makers can monitor usage and related spending.
Display a Plugin actions card in Analytics for enhanced task completion enabled agents (Preview) when plugin actions are used, with correct tool names.
Make runs in Waiting status clickable in the evaluation results grid so you can open run details.
Show consistent empty states across Evaluation hub pages when there is no content to display.

Breaking changes: Remove return on investment details from conversational, hybrid, and autonomous agent analytics cards, and hide the savings (return on investment) KPI card for enhanced task completion enabled agents.
Improve Maker Evaluation setup and results: disable Evaluate until required inputs are provided, sort configurations by most recent run, fix sorting by Status and Tested by, make Waiting runs clickable, and align menus and layouts across pages.
Refine Analytics usability: control Sentiment column via column picker, rename Message to User messages, correctly show connected enhanced task completion enabled agents and tool names, improve drilldown alignment with a Dismiss breadcrumb, and display "--" when sentiment is unavailable.
Enhance accessibility and UI polish: correct screen reader announcements for required fields and message inputs, ensure tooltips and labels are concise and keyboard accessible, fix scrolling on small screens, align titles and date pickers, and standardize icons across hubs and grids.
Strengthen evaluation experiences: show Run quality grader with updated label and icon, display Completeness and Groundedness when available, clarify test set guidance and disabled states, ensure correct scrolling in result details, and update disclaimers and feedback retention to 179 days.
Continued improvements to performance and reliability.

Respect tenant privacy settings in the new workflow designer (Preview) feedback dialogs by disabling screenshots, file uploads, and email collection when set by administrators, without briefly showing disabled options.
Clarify sharing controls with updated guidance in agent sharing and publishing dialogs, including how connections and admin sharing policies can block sharing and what to remove to proceed.
Hide or block Microsoft Teams environment creation options during agent creation when that capability is not allowed.
Consolidate Data Loss Prevention details into a single download in Agent Status, remove nonfunctional expand controls, and align B2E agent status within the standard Details card layout.
Indicate conversations suppressed for sensitive information in analytics reactions drilldown to improve transparency.
Use the tenant's administrator-assigned country code automatically during license acquisition when a default country is not available to reduce setup failures.
