Power Automate Portal Version 2109.4

The following list details issues in Power Automate that are now resolved.

Accessibility

In the Analytics Dashboard, nested interactive controls were not being announced by accessibility screen readers.
In the Analytics Dashboard, the accessibility screen reader did not provide additional description when announcing the "Learn More" links.
In the Analytics Dashboard, image elements on a page without a title or interactive text were not announced by accessibility screen readers.
In high contrast mode, the "info" control within the Analytics Dashboard was not visible.

Flows

When attempting to save a solution flow and a conflict was detected, the save as dialog box was blank.
