Description
The Repair-AppvClientPackage cmdlet deletes the user settings and reset the extension points of the package. Resetting the settings results in permanent loss of any user-specific application settings within the package. The settings are reset to their original state when the package was originally added to the system.
Examples
Example 1: Delete user state for a version of a package
PS C:\> Repair-AppvClientPackage -Name "MyApp" -Version 3
This command deletes the user state of version 3 of the package named MyApp.
Example 2: Delete user state for packages that have a name that matches a string
PS C:\> Get-AppvClientPackage -Name "MyA*" | Repair-AppvClientPackage
This command gets all packages that have the string MyA in the name, and then delete the user state for those packages.
