Create an in-memory object for TimeInWeek.

New-AzAksTimeInWeekObject creates an in-memory object of type TimeInWeek. This object represents time in a week. and will be used for parameter TimeInWeek in cmdlet New-AzAksMaintenanceConfiguration.
