Removes an API Management Logger.

Description
The Remove-AzApiManagementLogger cmdlet removes an Azure API Management Logger.

Example 1: Remove a logger
$apimContext = New-AzApiManagementContext -ResourceGroupName "Api-Default-WestUS" -ServiceName "contoso"
Remove-AzApiManagementLogger -Context $apimContext -LoggerId "Logger123"
This command removes a logger that has the ID Logger123.
