Creates an agent pool for a container registry with the specified parameters.

Description

Creates an agent pool for a container registry with the specified parameters.

Creates an agent pool for a container registry with the specified parameters. Please notice that some parameters are required in this cmdlets but not marked as required in syntax, we would change it later.
