Create the metadata of a DigitalTwinsInstance.
The usual pattern to modify a property is to retrieve the DigitalTwinsInstance and security metadata, and then combine them with the modified values in a new body to create the DigitalTwinsInstance.
The DefaultProfile parameter is not functional.
Use the SubscriptionId parameter when available if executing the cmdlet against a different subscription.
This cmdlet supports the common parameters: -Debug, -ErrorAction, -ErrorVariable,
-InformationAction, -InformationVariable, -OutBuffer, -OutVariable, -PipelineVariable,
